How could I redeem the Xbox game pass ultimate for 12 months

Hi,

I received an email said 'your broadband package has xbox game pass ultimate 12 months included at no extra costs' on 20/04/2023.

May I ask do we have any deadline to redeem it? I tried to redeem it but there is no content partner section allow me to add the pass.
