Access Controls not working when connected to access points

Hi,

My current setup is:

BT Business Smart Hub 2 - router

Ubiquiti u6 Lite - access point

I've got some websites blocked via the BT access control (The website version, not on the routers control panel)

They are blocked when using the smart hub wifi, but when I'm connected to the ubiquiti access point, the websites are no longer blocked.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how i can fix it?
