Parental Controls

Hi,

I am having issues in managing my parental controls settings.

In short, they are active, but I do not have any access to "manage my extras". Under "my security" it still says to activate them, yet they are already active so I also have no way of disabling them. I have tried factory resets on the hub and also clearing cookies and differing browsers.

I would be grateful for any assistance you can provide.

Try using the MYBT app and see if you get access that way

Thank you for the response. Should have mentioned the app is no help either as it has the same problem.

Regrettably I still do not have access to managing parental controls. They are working, however I have no access to manage them, or unactivate them as my profile still says "activate" when going to that area.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
