Possible to cancel Hybris Connect?

Is it possible to cancel my hybrid connect? Not had to use it since getting connected a few months ago and would like to switch to 3rd party router which isn't possible with hybrid connect.

If you have it as a monthly addon, you cease it with 30 days notice and send it back.
If you have it free with Halo 3+, you would need to switch to another broadband promotion or just keep it in case you need it, it's free with Halo 3+

I assume you don't require a phone service as Digital Voice won't work with a third party router
