      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324895"&gt;@Elms&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I've responded to your &lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/How-do-I-upgrade-my-profile-when-BT-will-not-accept-my-email/m-p/2342940#M164854" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;other thread&lt;/A&gt;, the error is due to your BT ID username not being in the format of an email address.&lt;/P&gt;
