      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to wait until cooling off period expired otherwise you could activate your free period and then cancel&amp;nbsp; in cooking off.&amp;nbsp; You also need to have paid first bill and then content partner will be available within few days using web browser not app to access MYBT&lt;/P&gt;</description>
