    <description>&lt;P&gt;I mentioned &lt;A title="https://community.bt.com/t5/Broadband-Extras-Apps-from-BT/Not-able-to-disable-BT-Web-Protect/m-p/2336551/highlight/true#M51358" href="https://community.bt.com/t5/Broadband-Extras-Apps-from-BT/Not-able-to-disable-BT-Web-Protect/m-p/2336551/highlight/true#M51358" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;in this thread&lt;/A&gt; that rather than having issues disabling BT Web Protect, I cannot get it to turn back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue or any suggestions for kicking it into life?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned off web protect to troubleshoot a work VPN problem back in December and since the latest hub firmware update (12th December - &lt;SPAN&gt;v0.41.01.10137-BT)&lt;/SPAN&gt;, it will not switch on either from the MyBT app or web interface.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the usual "available in 2 hours" message and then, nothing.&amp;nbsp;A power down hasn't helped either, the hub has been rebooted several times for various reasons over the last month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Won't turn on..." style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/83466i9308D8ED1EDEA72B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="web-protect.jpg" alt="Won't turn on..." /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Won't turn on...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
