How do I activate my free Xbox game pass? Every time I click add now I get a red message saying unable to process please try again. Happens every time

When was your activation date? You need to wait at least 14 days after that ntil cooling off passes. Have you paid your first bill? You need to access MYBT using pc/laptop not using an app

Hi, @JGRLVR I'm sorry the game pass activation process is down for maintenance at the moment. It will be available again from tomorrow 13/02/24
