Xbox unlimited not unlinking from my account

Hi please help.

I called a few weeks ago to ask to unlink the Xbox unlimited I purchased but didn’t renew from my Xbox account . I had an email from you saying it’s going to be unlinked but it’s still on there today. Please can you have a look to see if you can fix it.
