&lt;P&gt;Welcome and thanks for your post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the problems you're having redeeming your Xbox Game Pass. &amp;nbsp;When you log in and choose "products", scroll down and you'll see the content partner section where you should be able to set up the game pass.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have a look at that and post back to let me know how you get on, please.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Robbie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I can get to the section to add the game the game pass product but when I agree to the terms and conditions it comes up with a error message saying "Unable to process your request. Please try again."
