Recently upgraded to Full Fibre 500 and received an email shortly after stating i was had an xbox game pass ultimate&nbsp; 6month included so my son was happy with that.</P><P>Everytime I go and try redeem it I get an error. Tried on various laptops, iphones but still the same error.
