BT login - Sorry we are unable to fetch the requested info

For 2 days now when I log into BT.com I have a message in red saying Sorry we are unable to fetch the requested information.

When I then go into Parental Controls to remove a few news websites I previously blocked all looks okay but when I try and go into these websites I am told they are still being blocked by BT.

Has anyone got his message recently?

Have you made any changes to your account such as new orders or cancellations.

Have you tried setting parental controls from the MyBT app rather than the website?

Still the same problem I'm afraid. I have also restarted the router but still have the error message in red at the top of bt.com

I have the same message. No changes made. There must be some problem in BT's system.

The Sorry we are unable to fetch the requested information message has now gone but I am still unable to get into the websites I removed from Parental Control.

Hopefully tomorrow everything will be okay.

Have done a factory reset to no avail. At the moment I can't unblock any websites or block them either.

Any ideas?
