BT reward card

I have recently got new BT broadband and was supposed to receive a £110 reward card, when I click to claim it there says there are no rewards to be claimed. How do I resolve this?

Thanks for posting about your rewards card. Have all your services been connected? Has the first bill been produced and paid?

Hi there my service is connected. I’ve received an email saying the bill is available but every time I click on it it says there is no bill to view - and no money has been taken from my account yet
