norton virus protection server error

i am trying to get norton virus protection , in the virus protection box it says manage ,when i click on this button it takes me to a new page which says server error , which is the same for norton password I have been on to bt help desk for over a week and they dont kknow , does anyone have a solution please, i have cleared my caches , i have followed their instructions but am no farther forward , thanks
