BT parent control not working

I want to block snapchat tiktok etc and add all the url in blocked website list but its not blocking. Can someone help please @DarrenW

I'm sorry that you're unable to block these websites.

Please check that you are using BT's DNS setting: How to check your DNS settings | BT Help

Are you able to block other sites ok?

Snapchat blocked for few minutes and than again I’m able to browse eveything not blocking specifically Snapchat and TikTok
