Unlinking BT and Xbox Game Pass

Hi,

I'm with BT fibre 500 and when I joined in Sept last year, I was offered 6-months subscription from BT which has now expired and I also cancelled the auto renew.

Now when I try to add more months to my gamepass subscription from the microsoft website, it says that I am unable to due to the account still being linked to BT (which I already cancelled and the subscription has ended).

Can someone from BT please unlink my gamepass account so that I can freely add more months to my current gamepss subscription?
