Parental Control

For over 2 weeks, parental controls have been dysfunctional despite being switched off. Complaints have yielded no solutions. Even after router resets, access to sites remains restricted. Are others facing the same issue? Urgent action is needed for a resolution. Please address this promptly to restore full service functionality.

Yes I’m having same issue. YouTube remains blocked for us.
