Filter stuck on

Hi all,

my parental controls are stuck on and have been for 3 weeks. The app shows filter off but no gaming or gaming websites can be accessed across different devices. I have messaged. Texted, called bt and followed processes but still no change. Has anyone a solution?

Same, parental controls removed but restrictions remain in place.
Waiting to hear back from BT.
