Parental controls not working

My parental controls will not turn off.

I've rang BT and had a online chat where they said it was a common problem that would be sorted asap.

That was over a week ago but still cannot switch them off. It used to work flawlessly but for about the last 3 weeks it's just stuck on. If you turn it off in the app you get the email to say it's off, but it doesn't actually turn off.

Anyone any ideas

The Parental Controls Team have made some changes. Please could you retest and let me know if you're still having the same problem.
