This topic https://community.bt.com/t5/Broadband-Extras-Apps-from-BT/Fibre-500-disappointing-Sales-lady-told-me-I-would-get-10/m-p/2356303#M52137 <P>Recently upgraded my Broadband from 40 Mb fibre to the cabinet to full fibre 500 Mbps.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The sales lady told me that I would get 10 Norton AV licences as part of the upgrade.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Very disppointed - actually it remained at 2!</P><P>Tech support said that the sales lady got it wrong and the only way to get more AV licences was to upgrade to Halo.&nbsp; - NOT Very happy.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>BT marketing stresses how many devices the new 500 Mbps service can feed. But negelects to say that you still only get protection for 2 of them!
