BT/EE still linked to my xboox account

Hi this seems a common problem, but using the BT live chat wasn't helpful.

So Xbox Ultimate ran out 2 months ago and I can't remove Manged by BT/EE from my xbox account.

Microsoft were useless just said basically wait and see.

Seems people are getting it fixed when posting on the forums here so hoping for that same help

Hi, Xbox Ultimate expired on the 18/02 but it hasn't reverted back to Microsoft. Spoke with Microsoft but they say BT hasn't released it back or something like that. BT live chat was very unhelpful saying there's nothing wrong but i have noticed people getting help on this forum with this problem. hopefully someone can help
