Bt Parental Controls

Hi. Having recently moved house our parental controls aren't working (they are still set up on my BT). Have read through the forum. DNS is set to automatically obtain IP address. Is it now something BT have to do?

Hi @Jon_K,

This sounds like a fault, potentially where your Parental Controls might be linked to your old broadband connection rather than your new connection or address.

Have you raised a fault for this with anyone over the phone? It would be quicker to call in to have this checked than it would for my team to be able to pick it up for you.
