Missing Rewards Card

I signed up for Broadband via USwitch, and the offer included a £50 Reward Card. I have received texts telling me to claim the reward card, but when I log-in it says that no rewards are available to be claimed. Can this be resolved please?

The issue may be related to the fact I have two BT ID's associated with my account.
