After around 40 years, I am cancelling contract with BT. How do I ensure that BT Cloud files are deleted without deletion action affecting files on my own PC?

Or will BT delete them when I lease?

The easiest thing there is, if you can, download them to a backup folder on your PC and then delete them from the cloud that way the files on your PC will be safe.

Hi @Geoff765, follow @robh66's advice to ensure you don't lose any files.
After the date your service ends you'll have 60 days to retrieve any data. After the 60 days the data will be destroyed.
