    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I've tried to redeem the offer I got for purchasing Fibre 300, but I'm having an error for last 3 days of trying. I tried using guide posted by mod with no luck, tried redeeming it on PC and also mobile with same result. May I receive a message from moderator to sort this out?
