    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm having an issue with activating the 6 month game pass ultimate, whenever I try to add it, I get this message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;"We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#000000"&gt;any help would be appreciated.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/128692"&gt;@NeilO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted customer services who asked me to wait 24 hours and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have done and still can’t do it!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
