    <description>&lt;P&gt;Havong issues with the BT Cloud app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the BT Cloud app but back up functionality isn't working. Ive a load of photos and videos to sync to the Cloud from my device but it's showing no pending items to back up. I have photos and videos checked in 'What to back up' in Setttings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd appreciate some suggestions thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
