    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having issues on and off for months, with connection dropping repeatedly for seconds at a time and recently got a replacement hub which seemed to help, however it's started again in the past day or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been streaming on my TV via my ps4 and it seems like every 5-10 minutes or so it will buffer for a few seconds, then reconnect. Before contacting support I thought I'd use the in browser troubleshooter however I keep getting redirected and going around in circles. I've cleared my cookies in browser which hasn't helped, I've also tried using the myBT app but I keep getting an error message on that when I try and access the help sections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any known issues with the troubleshooting tool/website/app currently?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click test your broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000003678.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/84105iA09D2C77F5E9D6C6/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000003678.jpg" alt="1000003678.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And end up with this every single time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000003679.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/84106iBD20245AD4199C3F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000003679.jpg" alt="1000003679.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
