BT cloud error MB5-06

Been with bt for years and used the cloud app. New account set up last year and now cannot log in to cloud app. Still use same email. Has everything that was in my cloud account gone?

Hi @wballso, sorry you can't access your Cloud account. Have you used your Cloud account since you set up your new account last year?

No, I haven’t. Changed phone recently and only tried yesterday

Hi @wballso, I'm afraid the old cloud account would be lost now and the service is no longer available for new accounts.
