I have just had fibre 500 installed and am trying to activate Xbox game pass all I get is Unable to process your request. Please try again

Thanks for posting about the game pass, sorry you're having problems. Our customer service guys should be able to get this sorted on 0330 1234 150 so give them a call and let me know how it goes.
