Parental controls not working after fibre upgrade. Nothing working! Please help

Please help.

I've recently upgraded to BT Fibre 900 and cannot get parental controls to work.

House full of kids and pulling my hair out.

Hi @Mosside,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if you're Parental Controls aren't working after switching to Fibre 900. Can you try deleting the Parental Controls through your MY BT and reactivating them to see if that fixes the issue?

Hi Paddy,

Yes, I've tried everything, nothing works. I've called technical support and they can't help. I've spent hours already trying to sort out.

I think I'm just going to cancel everything tomorrow and try and go back to the normal broadband

FYI. Your link doesn't give any information about deleting parental controls. Are you a bot?

Hi @Mosside,

On the link that @PaddyB sent scroll down to the section that says "Turning off BT Parental Controls".

Under that there's an option that says "Turning off permanently".

See below:

If you can delete it, leave it a couple of hours until it's off and then reactivate them, that should help.

However, if it doesn't, come back to us here as we'll be able to look into it for you.
