Unlink Xbox Gamepass subscription

Hi, my BT 12 month gamepass add-on has come to an end, but my gamepass subscription still has about a year left (from an existing subscription before the BT add on was applied).

My subscription states I have auto-renew on, and to turn it off I need to go through my BT account. However there is no option for this on my account homepage.

Please could my account be unlinked so I can turn off auto-renew through Microsoft instead.

Hi @bengsmith, sorry you can't manage your Xbox account vis Microsoft. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise this to the Xbox team to get it returned to Microsoft's control.
