    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up to BT Halo 3 900 package back in October 2023, it came with Gamepass Ultimate for 12 months. I tried signing up to it back in October but had trouble as the option wasn't available to select on my BT account. I completely forgot about it until recently. However, i have gone into select it now as it is available in my account/product, when i go through the process and click on the box to agree/add Xbox Ultimate i get the following message appear in red "&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to process your request. Please try again". It will not let me proceed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any idea what is going on?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Use the 'Message now' option on this page &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband" target="_blank"&gt;Broadband | BT Help&lt;/A&gt; and one of our guides will be able to claim this for you,&lt;/P&gt;
