Hi I've had an email saying I can activate my 6 month game pass ultimate but I cant seem to find it on my bt account can anyone help.

Thanks for posting about the game pass. Sorry you're having problems claiming it. Our customer service guides should be able to help so can you give them a call on 0330 1234 150 and let me know how you get on.

I've been ringing this number for the last 5 weeks and I think they need to change the option as the only way to get through is option 5 and that's that your thinking of leaving them
