Now TV

Had BT package for 18+ months with Now Tv Ent package. App suddenly asking me to log in when I use on TV via BT box, but I cannot log in. When I checked BT account online I can see that the email associated with Now is wrong but I have no way of changing it. Therefore I can no longer watch Now.

Any suggestions to resolve this?

I'm having the same problem. Have subscribed to Now Cinema for months. Now asked to log in, but log in fails.
