    <description>Finally got through on the phone. This seems to be a bug on BT’s side and they’re trying to fix it. The rep I spoke to had to go through to another department and talk to them about getting it added back on to my account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Apparently it was caused by them upgrading the system (more like a downgrade lol). After you talk to them they’ll send you a redemption code for the month manually. They’re saying it won’t be needed next month and will go back to auto</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had an email from bt saying:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We've stopped your monthly subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This is because you no longer have broadband with us.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I have broadband with you till November this year according to my account. What’s going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also after checking with Microsoft Account it’s still showing my Game Pass is purchased from EE/BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this an email being sent in error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
