Virtual reward card can't claim !!!

I've been with BT a while now and it's saying redeem your reward card yet when I go into the email and login there's nothing there what's going on am I being scammed

try phoning CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help you

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry you haven't been able to claim your Reward Card. When did your service go active? Do you have more than one account showing on your My BT?
