Game pass ultimate not released after cancelling subscription

I am unable to manage my ultimate Xbox subscription back under Microsoft after not renewing following a 12 month free offer for signing with BT. It is due to run out and although I have a cancellation confirmation from BT Microsoft still says it’s managed by BT/EE.

i have called BT twice and no one knows how to help though the forums are full of issues.

I have same issue if someone could help,please? Cancelled but BT still hold gamepass account.

@Georgelad did the helpdesk say they would refer this to the Xbox team for you? If they did, it can take 5 working days for the Xbox team to pick it up.

@NeilO The help desk said they couldn’t help and referred me to the forums as a last resort unfortunately.

I am so sorry that you were sent back here. There is a team that deals with this exact scenario. They're the internal Xbox/Microsoft team over in Newcastle. It has been briefed to our front line advisors to fill in a form which then gets sent to the team to handle.

this still isn’t resolved after passing the details on can anyone else help? Details were passed on 21st May?
