      <title>Unable to manage my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription at Microsoft after cancellation on BT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on the Microsoft&amp;nbsp; website since cancelling my subscription to XBox Game Pass through BT. It now states "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Manage subscription &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Purchased from BT/EE" on the Microsoft website and links to a blank website when clicking on the Manage link.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas how to fix this? I see several other posts on this forum regarding this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
