Unable to access wifi controls via BT app when away from home

problem is when I go to MY BT App to MORE > your wifi network I can access and control my network only when connect to the wifi itself, if i disconnect from wifi and go to 4G it reverts back to the page asking if I’ve set up my hub and to connect to the wifi to do so , if I connect to the wifi the access controls ect show and work again.

now this used to work on 4g away from home and I’m not the only one whom has the same issue

so is there a fix for this of can you no longer use this when not connected to the hub Itself?

I've only just seen this, I can't see how it could possibly have worked on 4g previously. There is no way to connect to a BT hub remotely to access WiFi controls, you have to be connected directly to the hub.
