    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;problem is when I go to MY BT App to MORE &amp;gt; your wifi network I can access and control my network only when connect to the wifi itself, if i disconnect from wifi and go to 4G it reverts back to the page asking if I’ve set up my hub and to connect to the wifi to do so , if I connect to the wifi the access controls ect show and work again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now this used to work on 4g away from home and I’m not the only one whom has the same issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so is there a fix for this of can you no longer use this when not connected to the hub Itself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thansk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;p.s if anyone else could check if they have the same issue and let me know that would be great &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've only just seen this, I can't see how it could possibly have worked on 4g previously. There is no way to connect to a BT hub remotely to access WiFi controls, you have to be connected directly to the hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
