Unfortunately the website test is an end to end test. It doesn’t test just to the hub as the app test used to do.

As stated the MyBT has been broken due to a bugged release.

This is a customer help customer and your post does not go to BT so you could try CS 03301234150 but I doubt they will have any idea of timescale of fix

It is a bug. The Moderators have confirmed this and the release is under investigation. You can find this on other topics.

Yes I have confirmed this with BT , since the mybt app was updated for me on iOS no speed tester and ther is no way to test connection to your router ip address.

Yes they shifted it to mybt app which has been updated and has a bug on speed test under investigation.

The my bt app speed test when it was working tested to your personal router and shoes you the speed from exchange to your router from which you can check your stay fast guarantee or mine is 700 mbps,
