As you've logged in and checked that your BTID is showing as the account holder and not account manager, and you've no other accounts linked to your BTID we'll need to look into this further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with us for help. We are busy at the moment so it will take a few days for us to get back to you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done everything in the previous post re account holder and i only have 1 account linked to by ID, but I still can't activate Virus Protect. It has the big red banner saying "Server Error"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Macbook Air 2020&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mac OS Monterey&amp;nbsp;12.3.1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
