BT Cloud app not working on S22 with android 14

I downloaded and installed the BT cloud app from Google Playstore (can't seem to get it from BT website). I opened the app and clicked the 'Get Started' button and all I get is the circle thing that goes round and round. No menus, just a blank screen with the circle going round. I left it overnight, thinking it was probably gathering data from my phone, but eight hours later, it was still going round. Any ideas please?

Hi @Nipper51, had you already set up the Cloud service? The BT Cloud service is no longer available. It was available to customers who had set up the Cloud service before 26 October 2022.

I've been a subscriber to BT broadband since around 1996 and have always used BT Cloud, so it has been set up for a very long time. Is there no alternative?

Hi @Nipper51, when did you last log in and use the Cloud service and it worked for you?
