    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning, I have tried several times to disable BT Web Protect via the app and logging via the internet. I try to switch off option and get the following message “&lt;SPAN&gt;Your BT Web Protect will be turned on within the next 2 hours. Please check back soon.” Can you please help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try calling 0330 1234 150&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Keith, thank you. &amp;nbsp;I used the BT chat but the agent couldn’t resolve so passed to the back-end team &amp;nbsp;to resolve hopefully within 5 working days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
