There is a major issue with mybt app!! Unable to run speed test and app keeps resetting and having to log back in. Why can’t bt roll back to previous version which was stable.

This speed tester tests to device not lan router and gives a false reading the app speed test still not working!!

Just tested My Bt line tester and it is now all working 28/06/2024

My BT app is now fully working 👌

The speed test app is now working but when giving speeds less than what you pay for it asks you to run more tests which gives you Request method 'POST' not supported so not working 100%

Im still getting errors using the bt app and itx saying my speed is below what im paying for. When clicking run more tests it shows an error

I have the same problem with the MyBT app

You'd think tat with BT being one of the big global telecomms players it could get something right.

Other speedtest apps work fine
