Reward gift card not showing details

Hi there,

I'm trying to get the card details for my virtual reward card because I want to spend it today. However it keeps coming up with an error when I try to view the card number.

Thanks for responding!

Yes I claimed and activated it back in February and it was showing me the card number etc fine previously. However today I have logged in to view the virtual card number and cvv and it comes up with an error when clicking 'display card details' I want to use it ASAP but obviously can't without the number
