So i have no way of managing parental controls etc.</P><P>From reading the community boards this looks like a common problem.</P><P>I chatted with an online advisor on Sunday who assured me this would be sorted by today. I have heard nothing since. It's obviously a known problem but doesn't seem there's a simple fix.
