The down for maintenance message explains that you need to call to claim the game pass. If you ring 0330 1234 150 and choose option 1 then option 2 a guide will be able to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my broadband, and was told I could get 1 year of gamepass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told to look out for a code on my first bill, which I can’t find.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve also tried the section under content partners in the my bt part of the website but it’s down for maintenance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated. This was a pretty big part of the upgrade for me so I’d like some further assistance and help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you and have a pleasant day&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
