Xbox Game Pass

Hello

BT has sent me an offer for a an Xbox Game Pass.

The link won't work and I get a message to ring BT.

I have called them but I still can't access the Game Pass.

Any help out there?

Hi @gazza261, sorry you can't claim the Game Pass online. When you called the guide should've completed a form and sent it to the Xbox team for you. They'll email you the code within 10 days of your call.

Did you manage to speak to someone, @gazza261? What happened when you tried the 'Message now' button?

Hiya

The guy I spoke to about 2 weeks ago promised to ring me back, he didn't.

Not heard anything else and the only email I received from BT was my bill.

If you give our customer care team a call again, they'll be able to look into this further for you. There's also the Message now button on that page that @neil_O mentioned.
