Device security - Behavioural Protection

I`m getting a message to say that I am at risk - Behavioural Protection will not update. I`ve done the Live Update countless times and restarted the computer , all to no avail.

Can anyone help please.

Can’t say I’ve ever heard of “Behavioural Protection”?

I think you’ll need to give people more to go on. Like, what app is it? What operating system is the computer running?

I'm guessing you're talking about BT Virus Protection ?

Ah, Norton.

Not used that for years. Sounds like what they used to call heuristics. Probably a false positive then.

Reinstalled Norton which sorted it. Thanks for your help.
